Baby news and writing delays

Hey Sweeties.

I know it’s been a hot minute since I gave y’all an update but … new baby.

The good news is he is doing amazing. Eating, sleeping, and pooping like a new baby should.

To keep some privacy I won’t tell you his name, but that he will be called Badger on line like his big sister is called Mermaid.

Trust me he makes adorable baby badger noises when he is happy and will go full on honey badger when his bottle is delayed.

The bad news.

I had a C-section that hasn’t healed properly. I have another procedure tomorrow to get a wound vac put in my stomach to help the healing process.

Not gonna lie it is freaking me out a bit, but I have decided it’s my first step to becoming a sexy cyborg so I’m gonna go with it.

This unfortunately means that my writing is being delayed. I had hoped to occasionally write while he napped these first few weeks to get a few chapters of Rent-A-Witch out, and progress on Sugar Moon, but it’s not gonna happen.

So please be patient with me while I get through these procedures and healing.

If you want something amazing to read Miri Stone just put out Lonely Kitty. I’ve read it and it was awesome. Or you can catch the 3 part Dr Who special — I watched them and I have so many feelings!!!!

I hope y’all enjoy what ever holiday you celebrate this month, and buy yourself something just because you want it.
