I got a job - an office one.

Hey Sweeties,

Life changed in the Ferguson house this week. I got a job, in an office, with people. Don’t worry I’m still going to write the Rom-Coms y’all love, and I’ll still be going to Get Witchy With It in the fall.

Why did I get a job you ask? For the last two years, we’ve been living in my inlaw’s house and it’s lovely - but a house witch needs her own house. It’s just a fact. So the money from the new job will go towards the building fund. (Sidenote all the money from my books is going towards it too.) Here is hoping we can get things started by the end of the year.

In writing-related news - there is only one more chapter to finish before I can send Ember to my editor. I’m running a little behind cause of the new job but thankfully KO Newman and our editor extraordinaire are working with me.

I can’t tell you how stinking excited I am for this series. I’ve never co-written with anyone and honestly, I’m loving it. KO Newman is more of a planner and is keeping me on the original plot instead of the normal meandering I do.
