I love shifters… so many different beauties to choose from… I love the staples — bears, wolves, dragons, big cats and avians — but I also have a spot for the unexpected which inevitably work their way into my story worlds and TBR. Raccoons, hedgehogs, orcas… I once read a hilarious why choose with a duck FMC. Haven’t got over chuckling at that one, yet. 🤭

I haven’t done a single bird yet. But I have always had my eye on a harpy Eagle.
